My heart hurts not from heart disease but because i lost my gf what should i do ? |
please dont tell me to move on or kill myself The easiest thing for me to SAY is to have faith (and it doesn't have to be a religious faith) that as time passes, so will your feelings. I know from experience that no feelings (good, bad, or indifferent) last forever. Everybody has to move on. If it's lost as in broke up, then you don't have to forget, but just focus on anything but her. If theres stuff around that reminds you of her, get rid of it or retrain your mind to think of something else. Sometimes time helps - and a heap of ice cream! Well... I "lol'd" at your title. Get a new girlfriend! |
