fried food is the true killer
You can get it from anything, but big things are like fast food, and meat.
just about anything with a lot of cholesterol and fat mainly fast food places a big one is McDonald's
Foods with a lot of cholesterol cause plaques to build up in the blood vessels and can cause blockages. Any animal product has cholesterol. Cheese and egg yolks are really high in it. Also saturated fats.
Foods high in bad fats - saturated fats, trans fat
Foods with high cholesterol: offal, fatty meat, frry and fast food..
Cheese, sweets, chips..all the high calories too. It lead to obesity and can cos heart damage.

What I've noticed here is no one has mentioned salt. Salt is one of the big factors, other than fats. Pretty much all of the pre-packaged foods that are available now, are terrible for heart patients. Canned soup is full of sodium and should be avoided at all costs. The dietician who taught us about foods and heart disease put me off of KFC forever! She showed us 3 1/2 vials of fat which is what you get into your system with one serving from KFC. The salt in the chicken is deadly as well.
