Heart disease graphs?

i am looking for recent graphs on heart disease for a college assignment can anyone help me????

If you are not looking for an actual EKG or other graph, but a recent graph depicting various statistics about heart disease, you could try WebMD (though I didn't find anything there at first glance, that doesn't mean there is nothing there). I did find the following pages at the CDC website that *may* be helpful. They are only a rough start, it depends on what kind of graphs you're looking for, and even so, you may have to dig a little deeper on some of these pages.

Or you can go to www.cdc.gov and do a search for heart disease plus whatever specifics you're looking for.

These are usually private and confidential to each patient. It might be difficult to get hold of one, unless you yourself volunteer to have an ECG of your own heart!
