Can a male have sex who is scheduled for a heart catherization?

I don't see why not. If he has had no problems during sex before he was diagnosed then all should be fine.

This is really a question on how serious his heart condition is. It is obviously a higher risk, and low blood flow can cause impotance. He needs to ask his doctor if he is healthy enough for sexual activity before trying to engage in it.

Yes the male can have sex after he goes through the cath lab. I would wait for two or three days to let the groin heal up. Talk to the dr. he will let him know what he can and can't do.
