Is heart disease triggering anger? |
I have CAD and the last few years i seem to be getting angry . It is very explosive. I am wondering if the open heart surgery has something to do with this.I do not know why i react to things so angry. It just happenes. The CAD is not causing your anger per se. Rather, it is how you perceive and cope with the stress related to having CAD. What you are experiencing is a common reaction (especially those with heart disease). I suggest you see a psychologist and learn some anger management and stress management techniques.
