Can heart disease classify as a whole range of conditions or as something else? Only answer if you know.?

Heart disease can be several conditions. Five catergories account for nearly all deaths. Ischemic heart disease accounts for the majority of deaths (about 80%). Ischemic heart disease (IHD) has several causes, plaque, embolism etc. Any thing that obstructs blood flow and usually developes over a period of time
Then there's hypertensive heart disease with the enlargement of the left or right ventricle as a result.

Heart disease is a vague non-specific non-clinical term for all diseases related to the heart, so yes, it can include many conditions. However, for the most part, when people say they have heart disease, they probably mean coronary artery disease.
In my experience If your parents has the history of this disease it is possible you can have it, or
if you have anxiety or depression you could have it.

Heart disease is a very vague term and at present the term cardiovascular disease is preferred. Heart disease technically means disease of the heart muscle itself and in most cases this is the result of problems with blood vessels (the vascular in cardiovascular).
