Does 'Choclate' affect heart disease??? |
Does 'Choclate' affect heart disease??? The butter fat and caffeine in chocolate can effect your heart. Eat it in moderation. Not sure about that but I do know it makes your clothes shrink. Cocoa contains polyphenolic compounds. These can soak up the oxidising chemicals that would otherwise oxidise the fats in our blood. When the fats are oxidised they create blockages in our arteries that can cause heart attacks so stopping that can stop heart attacks in theory. The Cholesterol Theory is a COMPLETELY FALSE PARADIGM NO BASIS IN SCIENTIFIC FACT Mountains of valid scientific evidence SHOULD HAVE DESTROYED The Cholesterol Theory years and years ago. See my other answers for more detail. |
