What is the disease that ranks next to heart disease in diabling people is?

a-arthritis
b-diabetes
c-cancer
d-emphysema

diabetes
emphysema
Cancer
I think you meant disabling, so I would go with work related injuries.
l...liberalism....see Hllary Clinton and travelgate, filegate, whitewater, cattle futures, The Clinton Land Grab...2003 largest tax increase in us history, the Clinton Health care fiasco, The mantaulk bilking of the secret service for the mansion mortgage payment...etc.etc.etc.
i would definately say type 2 diabetes followed by copd (covers emphysemia, sarcoidosis, chronic bronchitis, fibrosing alveolitis and chronic asthma) also peripheral vascular disease and stroke are much more popular in our neck of the woods than cancer.
S-SARS & Birdflu. There are signs already that it is going to be another pandemic.
