My liver has been enlarged due to alcohol.
My heart pains and there is papitation and some times I have experienced small stroke type.

Why don't you get kick off your habit of drinking by doing meditation, that even in just three to four months. Till you find a spiritual teacher, eat atleast 400 gms of pomegrenate fruit every day along with the seeds and consume two glasses of the raw juice of white pumpkin(petha) in empty stomach in the morning. Also eat the murabba of one amla fruit daily. In a month, your liver problem should start healing.
