My daughter is diagnosed of heart disease, her two lower valves area affected and she coughs often?

what is the way out must she go through a surgery or will drugs cure it

I presume that rheumatic disease might have caused valvular disease of the heart. The recurrence of rheumatic fever is relatively common in the absence of maintenance of low dose antibiotics, especially during the first three to five years after the first episode of rheumatic fever. Heart complications may be long-term and severe, particularly if the heart valves are involved.
There are four main valves in the heart.
Mitral valve connecting left auricle and left ventricle.
Aortic valve situates in the left ventricle at the beginning of the aorta, the main artery of the human body.
Tricupid valve connecting right auricle and right ventricle.
Pulmonary valve situates in the right ventricle at the beginning of the pulmonary artery carrying the impure blood to the lungs.
(1) The valves may adhere together, causing a narrowing of the valve opening and obstruction to the flow of blood. This is usually known as stenosis of the valve.
(2) Because of the loss of elasticity and distortion of the valve the latter may not close properly, so that a leakage or regurgitation of blood results.This is known as incompetence of the valve.
Chronic rheumatic valvular disease may affect all the valves of the heart but the most commonly damaged are the mitral and aortic valves. Mitral stenosis and aortic incompetence are the conditions which most commonly arise, although mitral incompetence and aortic stenosis also occur. Quite often, mitral stenosis and aortic incompetence develop in the same person.

Take her thought surgery because medicine can't cure her like doctors
That question can only be answered by her doctors, the ones who have seen her echocardiogram and other tests.

If she's coughing a lot, that may be because she's having some congestive failure. That means the heart can't pump the blood out of the lungs and through the rest of the body because the blood keeps flowing backwards through her floppy valves. Therefore she may have a feeling of drowning, because her lungs are getting too congested with the blood.

There are some medications that can help the heart pump more efficiently and that can rid the body of excess fluid. BUT if she has 2 bad valves, her heart is not working efficiently and it's doubtful that medication will help. No medication can make those valves work better. If they are weak and floppy, or if they are very stiff, the blood is not going to flow through them as it needs to. They need to be replaced.

The sooner she gets the valves replaced the better. Because of her heart failure, her lungs are suffering, her liver is enlarging because of the back-up of blood in her circulatory system. I worked in ICU for many years, and the women (it was primarily women) who waited a long time to get their valves replaced were the patients who had the most problems after the surgery.

If you want, you can get a second opinion from another doctor. But you should make a decision as soon as you can, to give her the best chances for a quick, successful recovery. You don't say how old your daughter is. That may also be a consideration. Good luck to both of you!

There is no medication that can correct a heart valve defect,you should ask her doctor to explain the details of her condition to you and all possible treatment available.If can't do this or have someone do it for him you will have to consider a different doctor.
