The USA is the best country to treat everything except cancer.
a lot will depend on the money you have to spend. First of all, can you cure heart disease. I think you would have to look at diet - then what is the problem - heart disease is a WIDE variety of things - like clogged arteries (can be cured by certain vitamins - do a search for bypass the bypass) how about weak valves? How about high blood pressure or congestive heart problems

Since the southern states of the US have been dealing with heart problems for years due to the eating of deep fried foods (how do you spell KFC ?? grin) you may wish to head to Charleston SC where the doctors there are doing heart operations a LOT

BUT take along an application for a second or third mortgage on your house as it will cost a fortune

IF you are a resident of the UK or Canada -- then the operation is free under the medical plans there - but you cannot just drop in for an operation

Please read carefully and grasp it in right sense. USA and UK has the best research base in the world for heart disease.The problem starts when you see the wasted interest of pharmaceutical companies associated with research institution. The best cardiologist could be sitting on the board of pharma company. Therefor,the treatment is becoming very very expensive. If you have enough financial resources then find a good cardiologist in these countries and go ahead. If not,then find a cardiologist in India.Many of them have studied their med in USA and trained in the USA and returned home. According to Indian standard the treatment is expensive.But mind you one USA dollar equals to Indian Rupees 47.That is a very good equation to get the best tratment money can buy.There are very good cardiologists/hospitals in India.
Not because I live here, in Canada, but where I live, and specifically in Montreal, the Jewish General Hospital is considered to be one of the best in the world. You will find doctors being taught are taught from McGill University. McGill is well known in medicine throughout the world.
