How work aspirine for prevention of heart disease?

Aspirin is a blood thinner.
You might have had a stroke already
judging by your grammar.
my mother told me that it thins your blood
so i guess it is easier for the heart to manage.
so if the heart is not over worked it is more immune to illness.
thats what i think any way ;-)
it keeps the blood thin so it passes throw the veins
Well Dear.... aspirin is a very old remedy for pain and it also has the effect of thinning the blood; which can be beneficial in some cases of heart disease.

However, in significant doses, it also causes internal bleeding from the stomach. (It has been quoted, that in England, where this drug has been used for many years, the blood lost every year due to the intake of aspirin, would fill a swimming pool)

So, my advise would be, do not self-administer this product - go and seek the advice of your doctor first.
It thins the blood making it easier to flow and the heart doesn't have to work as hard to pump.
Aspirin (ASA) inhibits the formation of thromboxane, thereby diminishing platelet agregation and clot formation in the heart. As an antiplatelet, aspirin is essential in correcting the underlying pathology and to prevent complications of ischemia.
