Type A personality is risk factor for heart disease,is it true?

Type A or anyone having a low tolerance for stress DO have an increased risk for heart problems. This happens because when you are under lots of stress over a long period of time, your body is continually releasing stress hormones, which put tremendous strain on your heart.

It is important to keep daily routine as stress free as possible.

I guess because of their hyperocity.... It makes their heart beat faster than Type B's ;)
anybody anywhere can have a heart attack with no warning or no symptoms the media has made us a nation of hypochondriacs ..everybody so worried about their hearts it gives them stress that kills em or the walk across the street and get hit by a bus..That happened to my brother in law..he was a hypochondriac all his life he ended up getting hit by a bus on a street .He walked everywhere because he was afraid to drive and also scared of illness..he got hit and died from injuries from getting hit by a buss.. Stop worrying about this .It will kill you..just concentrate on every minute of everyday and most of all don't worry about heart attack or dying I assure you ,that you wont survive life.. its just a fact stop worrying I worry to and its the worst thing we can do .. so take it from a bigtime worrier.. stop it..
