Im 22,6 weeks pregnant and have congentital heart disease will my baby be ok?..will i be ok?

Hi, i have had about 7 open heart surgerys to repair sevreal heart abnormalities incl.transpotition of greater arteries, pulmonary atresia, ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus, was wondering if anyone else in a simlar situation can give me advise or these stories so i know what to expect i know its not going to be easy. What are the chances that my baby will have abnormalities is there anything i can be doing to make it easier...whats the birth going to be like.....any insight will be great thanks.

you really need to discuss this whith your OB/GYN they will be able to answer all your questions, you may be considered a higher risk pregnancy so they really need to know your medical history
This is a question for your OB and your cardiologist. Good luck!
First of all, congratulations!! I just had my first child in march... giving birth may seem scary, but hang in there, it's not usually as bad as you might Imagine it.... As far as the hart issues that you have, I'm not sure, but its a pretty safe bet that it wont harm your baby, they are resilient little creatures you know... You will be getting some ultra sounds done at your next doctor appointments, and they will be able to see how your baby is growing and weather he/she is developing normal and healthy, And if there looks like there may be problems, your doctor will know just what needs to be done, just make sure that your doctor is aware of your issues.
