Do you know any treatment for dilatative cardiomyopathy heart disease?

Do you know any treatment for dilatative cardiomyopathy heart disease?

From what i've learned in nursing school the only real "cure" is a heart transplant. In the mean time it is best to not overwork your heart. Best of luck.
No specific drug treats it.Medicines or surgery if there is a threat of heart failure.
