Yes you can have a normal blood pressure and have arteriosclerosis or atherosclerosis or have clots Only few heart diseases have high blood pressure as a symptom! There are dozens of others that don't affect it. Please visit your doctor soon! My husband has never had high blood pressure. Yet he has coronary artery disease. He has had 4 open-heart surgeries to bypass blocked vessels. You don't have to have high blood pressure to have plaque build-up in your arteries. I hope you won't need to have bypass surgery.
