Which foods have highest polyphenols? Is it possible they reverse heart disease?

Consumption of enriched polyphenol fruits or vegetables can increase PON-1 paraoxonase which is LDL antioxidant. Are they better than pomegranate?

While waiting synthetic paraoxonases therapy, find some best fruits/vegetables can increase this enzyme.

Increased PON-1 activity following consumption of polyphenol-rich diets is consistent with the beneficial cardiovascular effects of such diets. It was suggested that polyphenols could act through their antioxidant properties (PON-1 activity is known to be inhibited by oxidative stress).
