Hey CK1956 Where Is The Clinical Evidence That Implicates Saturated Fat As Causal In Coronary Heart Disease?

Where is it? PROVIDE IT OR SHUT UP.

Colpo WILL embarrass you PUBLICLY.

If you'd read legitimate scientific journals (and understood them) you'd know.

You can't see, but I'm just trembling at the thought of being embarrassed by the great Colpo.

NOT
You SHOULD BE. Anthony Colpo has provided SPECIFIC EVIDENCE PEOPLE FROM RANDOMIZED CLINICAL TRIALS ck1956 HAS NOT

he just repeatedly "assures you that the evidence is there"

WELL WHERE THE HELL IS IT CK???????

Provide it or SHUT IT.
lol
Evidence from all studies suggests the same thing: increased saturated fat intake actually promotes weight loss through satiation and increased CLA levels and protects against heart disease.
While experts speaking on behalf of many organizations and governments fail to produce the non-existing data to back their doomsday claims, those promoting saturated fat as the health food it is cite many reports and studies.
Check out the site of the Weston A Price Foundation and read Dr. Mary Enig for citations of enough studies to keep you busy the rest of the year.

Hehe ! you guys rock !!

hey CK1956 , let's prove it ;)

saturated fat increases the levels of (LDL and total cholesterol), and decreases the (HDL),

so LDL and Cholesterol will start forming atheroma(Atherosclerotic plaque, made of lipids & cholesterol) , which 'll cause obstruction in the coronary arteries.
& so, it is the main cause of coronary artery diseases (C.A.D) >> Ischemic heart disease..

Convinced ? hey, be good !
CK1956 is right. Let us do our job. We can't explain everything we learned in medical school for 8 years and then residency for 3 to 9 years because for that you would need to do it yourself. I wouldn't ask my architect to explain to me everything he learned in school before building my house.
There are trial that are more valid than others. deciding which ones are is beyond the scoop of this question. People like us in the research community can differentiate those. Let me tell you, there are plenty of studies showing that LDL is bad for you and saturated fats transform into LDL.
It's OK being skeptic, but sometimes it borders with paranoia.
