Explain why it decreased 25% of the energy requirement needed in fats when u have a heart disease?

I'm not sure what your question means, but I will give it a try. Are you wondering why patients with heart disease are supposed to make sure that fats make up less than 25% of the calories they eat? If so, that is because low-fat diets are felt to be good for coronary artery disease. Very-low-fat diets can actually reverse coronary artery disease. There are a lot of different recommendations out there for how much fat you should eat -- 30% vs. 10% and everything in between -- but basically the idea is to make it as low as possible. Then that will minimize the amount of cholesterol that sticks to the heart arteries. Here is some more information about it:
