What is the statute of limitations on risking someones life with hepatitis c without telling them before sex.?

my brothers girlfriend had sex with him and didn't tell him prior to sexual intercourse. this happened in fla and he now lives in pa.

Generally you have to prove intent, ie she knew and had sex with the intent of giving it to him. How did he find out, when did she find out, and does he even have it?

The statute of limitations varies by state, but its probably at least 3 years

Can he prove she was aware she had this?

He would use the law of the country/state in which they had sex, if there is a case.

Knowing transmitting a sexual transmitted disease may not be seen as illegal in some countries/states.
