Hepatitis is simply inflammation of the liver.

There are literally hundreds ans hundreds of possible causes of acute and chronic hepatitis.

Viruses, medicines, toxins, hereditary illnesses, alcohol, auto-immune issues, pregnancy all can cause hepatitis.

So, yes you can get hepatitis without intercourse.

If you are referring to the viral causes of hepatitis:
Hep A can be transmitted with anal sex (but also from any oral-fecal contact, drinking water/ice cubes from a region with poor sewage treatment)
Hep B can be transmitted just like HIV (blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk) but also, unlike HIV, by saliva
Hep C is transmitted by blood to blood contact. (Sexual transmission is a very rare event and the risk is increased with certain cofactors) -- most people get Hep C from sharing needles/injection equipment
(there are other viruses that can cause hepatitis...)
