Hepatitis B results! HELP MEEEE!!!?

I have done results for hepatitis!
Please someone interpret them! A DOCTOR!

HBsAg >250.00 IU/mL : High Reactive
Anti-HBc: 8.95: Reactive
Anti-HBs 0,95: Nonreactive
HAVAb IgG: 0.23 Non Reactive.
ast: 79 and alt: 35
HBeAg negative 0.28,
Anti-HBc IgM negative 0,13
Anti-HBe positive 0,01.
a-FP 1,6 normal ( <13.4)
ultrasound abdomen normal.

My girlfriends results were:
HBsAg: 0,00 Nonreactive
Anti-HBc: 0.14 Nonreactive
Anti-HBs: 0,00 Nonreactive
Anti-HCV 0.08 Nonreactive
HAVAb IgG 0,25 Nonreactive

What do these results mean?

I am from Greece and i heard about the Mediterranean type of hepatitis B, when anti hbe is positive (as it is in my case). Also i heard that it's about a mutant type of this virus, which causes problems in therapy. I know that i need to do hbv dna but i must wait for at least 5 more months before the doctors tell me for sure that i have acute or chronic hepatitis.

My ast is leveled twice...what does it mean?

It looks like your liver enzymes are elevated because you have hepatitis B. Your girlfriend has no antibodies to any of the following: Hep A, Hep B, or Hep C. She should get vaccinated against hepatitis B so you don't transmit it to her. Use protection until her vaccine is completed (6 months).

Edit: I forgot to tell you: don't drink alcohol. It can cause the virus to replicate faster. Give your liver a break until you can find out if you have an acute or chronic infection. If it's chronic, stay away from alcohol. Hep B can progress to liver cancer , or cirrhosis. Going through the liver transplant process if not fun, so preserve the liver you've got.
