If a pregnant women have hepatitis c what can happen to her and her unborn baby?

She's likely to have more problems with her liver during pregnancy, and the chances of passing it to the baby are very high. Keep the doctor informed, they'll do what they can.
Expect a C-section though. A baby is less likely to contract blood-borne illnesses if born C-section as opposed to vaginally.
