How easy hepatitis B can be transmitted, in a house from an infected person to relatives?

The brother of my husband has hepatitis B (chronic, he is a dialysis patient), and he stays with us in our apartment. I am vaccinated, so is my 2 year old child, my husband is not vaccinated, but he sais he had been exposed but cured, so he doesn't need the vaccine. My fear is for my child, since my brother in law hugs him, kisses him, and they are in everyday contact, and also he has wounds due to the dyialisis treatment.
Also how should I be cleaning -sterilising- the household and personal items to limit the transmission?
Should I talk to him to limit contact with my child?

Most children are given the hep B vaccine. i want you to go on line and look at thymic formula. This doctor contracted hep b from a patient and he cured it and now I am cured. I thank the Lord for this doctor Bernstein which no body lives forever. His son has taken over this supplement that builds up your immune system were your body can fight the disease.
I know this much i took care of a friend and he had hep b and i ended up with it but was cured. I rubbed his feet with lotion he was very sick. Just make sure no cuts, sweat, bodily fluids.

Hep.B is only transmittable through bodily fluids ie: blood, semen, saliva etc.
Make sure you mugs, knives and forks that he uses at high temp.dishwasher is great.
Its fine touching him as long as you don't have cuts or abrasions of any type on hands or body part that come into contact with him.
Is not difficult, don't make him feel worst than he already feels

hep b can only be transmitted through blood semen or breast milk.
if your brother is using needles and your husband uses the same one or if they have sex with each other. and since hes a guy im assuming(lol) that hes not breast feeding your husband
