I am suffering from hepatitis-b,and since 2 years suffering from jaundiece also,if i make sexual contacts with

my wife,already v r having but after knowing i stopped. she is asking for child. i want to know if a baby will born is this disease effects my wife and child. Even my spem also in yellow colour know. what i want to do please help some body with answers.

if I am not mistaken you can safely have a child without spreading it to them but more than likely your wife has it and in order to have a baby without it she would have to go on medication throughout the pregnancy and then would have to have a c-section. but yes it is possible but both you and your wife need to talk to your doctor. Why don't you get treatment? Your wife could contract the disease if you have sex with her as it can be passed through bodily fluids. That's really taking a chance. Hep B can be cured, unlike hep c. Many times it goes away on its own. Get treated first ,then think about babies. If your wife has the disease she should not go on treatment if she wants to have a baby. The medication manufacters and the doctors warn that the treatment causes birth defects.

I don't know of any way that your semen could be made safe. Semen, as you know, is one of the ways that the hepatitis is spread. I think this is something you should discuss with the doctor who is treating your hepatitis.
