No. You would have to exchange bodily fluids. (Not saliva. Blood, semen, vaginal fluid, etc.)

You can't get Hepatitis C from kissing, hugging, drinking from the same glass. According to Web MD.com, here are the most common ways people get Hepatatis C:

"# You share needles and other equipment used to inject illegal drugs. This is the most common way to get hepatitis C in the United States.
# You had a blood transfusion or organ transplant before 1992. As of 1992 in the United States, all donated blood and organs are screened for hepatitis C.
# You get a shot with a needle that has infected blood on it. This happens in some developing countries where they use needles more than once when giving shots.
# You get a tattoo or a piercing with a needle that has infected blood on it. This can happen if equipment isn't cleaned properly after it is used.

How could I get hepatitis C?

Hepatitis C is spread by contact with an infected person's blood.

You could get hepatitis C by sharing drug needles.
sharing drug needles

getting pricked with a needle that has infected blood on it (hospital workers can get hepatitis C this way)

having sex with an infected person, especially if you or your partner has other sexually transmitted diseases

being born to a mother with hepatitis C

In rare cases, you could get hepatitis C by

getting a tattoo or body piercing with unsterilized, dirty tools

You can NOT get hepatitis C by

shaking hands with an infected person

hugging an infected person

kissing an infected person

sitting next to an infected person

There is no way you can get hepatitis C from a kiss. You need to exchange blood fluids: rough sex or a transfusion. You could get hepatitis B or A from a kiss. If it's HEP A, do not worry, you'll survive and become immune. If it's HEP B, it had to be a long, deep, sensuous kiss and still chances of getting it through a kiss would be minimal. Did you have sex with her? Then you could get HEP B. HEP C is actually very hard to get. I advise you to google the symptoms on hepatitis and educate yourself. Do you feel weak, as if you have the flu? Is your pee very dark, almost brown? Are you getting yellow?

I have acute hepatitis B right now and got very scared when I found out. I looked for a lot of information, got tested, went to the doctor, and I know that must probably I will get okay. My best advice: even if the risk is minimal and there's no way you can get hepatitis C from a kiss, GET VACCINATED AGAINST B AND A, before you do something stupid (like I did) and get sick.

It's possible if you had a open sore in your mouth and she had an open sore but it very unlikely. In fact a friend of mine was pos for hepatitis and at the time didn't know it and we made out hot and heavy and am fine

If you start to getting yellow coloring in the whites of your eyes, cronic fatigue, loss of apetite, or troubles urinating go see a doctor.
