Can I be an organ donor if I have Hepatitis C? |
I would like to donate my organs after I die, but don't know if they would be usable since I was diagnosed with Hep C. There are plenty of people on the transplant waiting list that have Hep C and would be willing to accept an organ from a donor that had Hep C. hmm...I dont think so. my parents have Hepatitis C and because the illness attacks your liver I think is not a good idea. It might pass it to the next person. |
