how long does it take to get a 2 dose hepatitis shot? Minimum interval of 1st injection and 2nd injection is 4 week and 2nd to 3nd is 8 weeks,all together need 3 injections for adult,for children may different. The schedule for the series is two doses IM 4 weeks apart - that's doses 1 and 2. The 3rd dose is 5 months after the 2nd (same as 6 months after the 1st). I'm a nurse. |
