yea. i recently had to give blood samples to work at a hospital and whether you are immune or not withthe vaccine it will show up.
The hepatitis b vaccine is very effective at preventing hepatitis b infection, although no vaccine is 100% effective, so you should still try to avoid exposure to the disease. The vaccine does show up on blood tests (I recently had blood drawn to test for immunity to various diseases including hep b) because it causes there to be antibodies for the virus in your blood, which can be detected by a simple laboratory test.
The hepatitis b vaccine does not provide any protection against hepatitis a or hepatitis c as these are entirely separate diseases that just happen to have similar clinical features.
