i had hepatis A and now already 2 month. i had my proper treatment in the hospital and now i want know if i can exercise and eat normally? i mean eat chicken and so on ? and also i want to know if smoking affects me because i had hepatitis A. Whether you have cleared the infection or not (although cleared is much better health-wise), it is, by all means, ok for you to proceed to your normal diet, exercise, and even hobby, if smoking is a hobby for you. Your regular diet and exercise regime does little or no effect on the progression of Hep A in your body, unless of course you are a chronic drinker which complicates the situation because cirrhosis could result. Having a healthy diet and regular exercise is even better when you have a certain disease, because the least you can do is aid your immune system in battling a certain pathogen. So, if you are free of the infection, and even if you are in the process of clearing it, you are absolutely permitted to resume your normal activities so long as you don't compromise your health, or your liver in this case. Smoking does not affect you liver so much, but might affect your lungs instead. In any case, you'll be fine! Hope this helps! |
