licorice can cure hepatitis b and c ? licorice roots boiled with witer
after hour squeeze the licorice after that only squeezed water to boil
after dry this water what is called tuncture ? or what (in hindee RUB AL SOOS) then make powder and fill in capsuls please tell me how can use the patient and what is the duration of treatment for % cure and PCR become normal

I've never heard anything like that. Hepatitis B usually clears up on its own, and Hepatitis C can only sometimes be cured using peginterferon and ribavirin therapy. I would hesitate to trust an herbal/alternative treatment unless it had been successfully used in a large-scale clinical trial.
