Is the person having a hepatitis b can be cured thru self limiting and discipline??

No. Need to see a doctor and there are medications for the problem. Need to see if the problem can be arrested through chemotherapy.

Naturally the person would need to avoid alcohol, cut way back on fats, certain kinds of pain medications are also out -- just stay away from anything that puts an extra load on the liver.

I discovered in 1997 that I had it and underwent chemotherapy, condition was arrested and I have been healthy since. I still go annually for checkups and blood tests to monitor the situation.
You can help your liver get better, but you are never cured from
hepatitis B. You are a carrier now, and must let everyone of your
doctors and dentists know before working on you. If you drink a lot you will do more damage to your liver. People who have had hepatitis B are more prone to liver cancer also. Good Luck
And take care of yourself.
I had it in 1980 and still test positive for it. But I am healthy and doing fine.
I Assume You Have Chronic Infection, No.
