Is there any cure for Hepatitis B & treatment of it?

Hepatitis B can be cured is some cases, resolve on it's own in some cases, becomes an asymptomatic carrier of the virus in some cases, or become a serious chronic disease with the potential of causing liver cancer. u cant cure hep B, i think u might just have to take tablets
Hepatitis B isn't the biggest problem. It can be cured. Hep C on the other hand is very troublesome. At the moment it cannot be cured, although a cocktail of Interferon and Ribavirin (sp?), taken over a 6 month to 1 year period has been found to cure about 75% of certain genotypes.
