What are the medicines for hepatitis? if im infected can i be cured? please HELP!!!?

There are different types of Hepatitis. The most common is Hepatitis A and B. There is no cure to these viruses once you've been infected but vaccine is available. More info here:

There are vaccines for hep b. I don't know about treatments for a and b, but I have hepatitis c from sharing an infected needle. There are medicines to slow the
damage that the disease causes to the liver, but there is
no sure cure for hep c. Have hope, for 20 percent of us,
the disease will go dormant. Not go away, but will not cause any further damage.
