Is it possible to get hepatitis b after being vaccinated?

My antibody titre level was 600 when i got tested. so is that good? the reason why i'm asking is b/c my boyfriend doesn't have any symptoms of hep b, but he's never gotten tested for it. is it possible for someone to have it but never ever know or have symptoms?

Not sure of your question. Was he vaccinated? Those receiving the vaccine require three vaccinations administered within a six month period to achieve full immunity.
