If a person has the hepatitis B antibody is it possible that it can disappear in time>?

Hepatitis B anti bodies appeared about seven years ago, Dr. now indicates negative blood tests. No problems.......

AS with all diseases, once the causitive agent is wiped out or contained, anitbodies start to subside. But the body 'remembers' how to build them again quickly. You either had a subclincal case of Hep B (common, no symptoms, very mild, you may have thought you had a cold), or you may have been vaccintated...in either case, your antibodies were higher close to the exposure, but now, have gone below detection levels because they are not needed. If you were exposed to Hep B again, these antibodies will soar very quickly to prevent you from getting the disease (again??). Good luck
It is possible for the antibodies to go away. You may have had a small expsure to the virus and then it was defeated and now the antibodies have gone away.
If you've been exposed to Hep B and your body developed antibodies and you are not sick you just need to be followed with blood tests to make sure your liver is OK.
If someone has been immunized against Hep B like most healthcare workers you want to always have antibodies so you don't get infected.
We get Hep B boosters now so our antibodies don't go away.
