The one thing you don't want to do is to take inteferon. The stuff does far more harm than good, and is falsely promoted as being some magical solution. It does make sense to support your body's own interferon production, which can be accomplished by taking mycomedicinals like Reishi, Shitake and Maitake, whole food quality vitamin c (not ascorbic acid), taking benefical bacteria (they produce interferon), and generally doing everything to avoid wheat and dairy products which feed viruses. Also, look into your PH situation. An acidic environment is perfect for viral replication. I would also look into the herbs that inhibit this replication like Olive leaf extract, and Chapparaal and Licorice extract.
