I have a friend that has hepatitis b antibodies but has not taken the vaccine can he contact it from oral sex? |
i.e from the body fluids of his patner who has already taken the vaccine for hepatitis B. he does not think he has been infected in the past no, he can't take on other people's antibodies. He may have been born with the anitbodies, ie his mother may have been vaccinated when she was pregnant. that would mean that the anitbodies passed into him when they shared the same blood.I think that the answer would be yes, but you should go to ASK.COM..... they should have something that would help you and your friend out on that question, and that is a very good question!!! GL i dont know but he should be more careful who he fools around with.If he knew his partner had hepB then they both should have found out what it meant to have the disease before having any kind of sexual contact.Everybody should keep up to date with their vaccinations so there is a lower risk of contamination in these situations! see a doc mate and have protcted safe sex he HAS been infected 100 %.you can not get the antibodies, you can only get the infection & your body will develop the antibody. only hep a and c are contractable from body fluids |
