i know that lack of sugars exhaust the liver,so a diet less in carbihydrates is unsafe ,high protien diet is also very risky..

Weight loss is no problem, if the person eats the right foods. Refined carbohydrates should not be eaten (white flour, short grain rice etc). There is a scientifically researched and approved diet, which is very healthy and safe to use. Its called the GI Diet by Rick Gallop. Its based on using foods which give sustained energy release rather than a quick sugar rush and stop the dieter from getting hungry. The diet should involve no risks at all, although it would be wise for the dieter to mention it to the physician in charge of care..I hope I have helped a little...; |
