For someone who has been cleared of hepatitis b,what are the things you should do, take as supplements, diet?

things to avoid? thank you very much

avoid tylenol and alcohol. as usual, avoid extremely fatty or processed foods. all of these are processed by the liver, and if you're recovering from any hepatitis, you want to help your liver as much as possible by not making it work any harder than it has to. Otherwise, keep your health and energy up; make sure you're eating enough because your body needs the calories to heal. best of luck. Source(s): med student.
