Hiv can be transmitted through breast milk but hepatitis b doesnot.why is it/?

HIV is transmitted through all body fluids, so semen, blood, precum, breastmilk, and vaginal fluid. Hep B is not transmitted through all of those. They're completely different diseases (one affecting immune system, one affecting the liver and blood), so it's not fair to compare them. It's like comparing chlamidia with HIV...
I dont know, maybe you should ask a doctor
HIV is in the bodily fluids of the human body. hepatitis b is a liver disease so can not get transmitted through breast milk.
It depends on the virus.
i am not sure, i think breast milk is a fluid. Ask a doctor they probably will have more info
type of virus
My sister was not allowed to breast feed my niece because my sister contracted Hep B during her pregnancy and was felt that she could pass Hep B through breast milk. My sister contracted Hep B from a patient that bit her finger - so she contracted it through contaminated saliva into her blood stream.
