My bf didnt tell me tht he had Hepatitis C be4 we had sex. He told me afterwards...is that illegal?

we had sex and 3 weeks later he told me he had it. can i press charges for that for him not telling me and putting me at risk for this disease?

First of all you need to beat the crap out of him and pray that you didn't get it. I would absolutely call a lawyer! That's life threatening!

u might want to consult with your doctor. call a councler, or local police station. I know if it is HIV u can press charges.
I think it depends on the laws in your state or province and also the circumstances of the case to some degree. I would check it out. I know it is illegal to have sex when you are HIV + and not tell your partner. You could call a lawyer and ask for a consultation over the phone. Most lawyers will answer a few questions over the phone with no charge.

Be sure you go to your Dr. and let them know what has happened so you can be sure to have every possible early treatment. There is also a possibility that you did not get the disease, testing is important before you can do much of anything. Good luck, I hope everything turns out well for you.
