Jaundice is a yellow color in the skin, the mucous membranes, or the eyes. The yellow pigment is from bilirubin, a byproduct of old red blood cells.

yellow eyes can be indeed hepatitis. however, it could be any number of diseases that break down the red blood cells, or even sun tan, if they live in the tropics.
yup jaundice or kidney failure.
I've never seen anyone with yellow eyes or heard of people like that but it must be a mutation.
