It's in the "very unlikely but not impossible" category. More likely if the "giver" had a sore or a small open wound in the mouth.
there is every possibility of contracting them if your partner has some ways of exchanging the virus like(wounds,ulcers in mouth,or even a trivial gum problem and many more causes which you are least aware which can lead to the transfer of the virus) so just be more cautious since you dont have protective gear like condoms for oral sex
