My doctorhave said that i have natural immunity against hepatitis but i never had hepatis virus.can i have it?

What LisaMH said is correct. What she did not say is that you probably only have immunity to one type of hepatitis. Probably hep A, but possibly B or C. Talk to your Dr and ask him to clarify his comments about your immunity to hepatitis. There is no broad immunity to all types of hepatitis.
Having the "antibody" doesn't mean you have the disease. It means at some point you were exposed to the disease. Since I don't know which Hep. virus you are talking about, we'll just be general. For instance, Hep. C is transmitted by blood born objects (blood, semen, etc...) therefore you could have been exposed to it through intercourse but never developed the disease. It is the same in regards to the other strands of the disease.
Problem not. Thank God for that for I do have it Hep-c. Please do not worry you self. You can always be checked to help ease the mind. Lots of love Nancy
