Can u tell me please the transmission difference between hepatitis B & HIV/AIDS diseases?

What is the only means of transmission that transmit HIV/AIDS but not Hepatitis B?

Hep B cannot be transmitted by a handshake! Hep B is spread via body fluids-blood, semen, stool. Hep B can be spread in the stool, where HIV is not.

There is a hepatitis, Hep A which is very easily transmitted. Think of food outbreaks.

The hepatitis virus is easier to catch than the HIV virus, it is a bit stronger.

Hope this helps.
hepatitis b can transfer even by handshake but hiv/aids can transfer through any medium of blood

Same thing man...they's both by droplets...

Hepatitis B & HIV is largely transmitted through exposure to bodily fluids containing the virus. This includes unprotected sexual contact, blood transfusions, re-use of contaminated needles and syringes, vertical transmission from mother to child during childbirth, and so on.
