Do you think if someone has an incurable STD-herpes, hepatitis, etc.-they should stick to a lover with same? No. Then you are limiting MILLIONS of people from dating others and possible finding their soul mate. Plus, there are MILLIONS of people out there who don't care or don't mind dating and having sex with someone who has certain incurable STDs like herpes. I have dated several guys since I was diagnosed with genital herpes 6 years ago. Not one of them ever ran away screaming or refused to date me because I have this virus. I even met and dated a guy who also had genital herpes! My fiance (boyfriend when I told him) still chose to date me regardless of the fact I have herpes. He loves me for who I AM, not the virus I have. If someone truly loves someone they can usually look past the illness or disease and see the person they fell in love with, not the disease. Source(s): Personal experience. I have TWO incurable STDs. No, I don't believe so. However, I think there are dating websites which specifically cater to those with STDs because of the stigma attached to the diseases. yes Yes I'll go even further, I think that there should be a seperate club Denist, Drs, Nurses and clinics for the infected to reduce the spread no not actually as they can become reinfected, even tho they are infected, reinfection can make it even worse Yes, I do. Why involved someone else who is safe. I think people would feel safer and more secure dealing with someone who has what they have, their bond just may be stronger because of it. I am referring to those who have the disease, they will feel safer and more secure in the relationship instead of always explaining things the person will already know for the most part. |
