Need Factual information regarding fem 2 fem oral sex and Hepatitis B & C?

one female is hep b or c positive, the other female performs cunnilingus on this infected female, as well as kissing on the mouth.
what are the risks of the female (performing) becoming infected?
also , is either hep b or c transferable through sharing the same drink, same glass?
thanks for the info

Hepatitis B and C can pose a small risk for both the active (person giving the oral stimulation) and receptive (person receiving oral stimulation) partner.

Transmission from an Hep B/C-positive receptive partner to a Hep B/C-negative active partner may occur when the active partner gets sexual fluid (semen or vaginal fluid) or blood (from menstruation or a wound somewhere in the genital or anal region) into a cut, sore, ulcer or area of inflammation somewhere in their mouth or throat. It's possible to get infected, but the linings of the mouth and throat are very resistant to viral infections such as these, so infection is unlikely if they are healthy.

Basically, think of it this way: if there is any mingling of any bodily fluids between the two of you, you have a possibility of getting infected. Cunnlingus is very low-risk, in comparison to other sex acts (and kissing, sharing the same glass are much, much lower, even!), but if there is a small, miniscule, invisible cut anywhere on you that gets in contact with her bodily fluids, you have been exposed to it, and may become infected.

The best way to protect yourself is to simply use dental dams/Saran wrap, condoms, and latex gloves/condoms on the fingers in order to stop any fluid transfer. You'll be quite safe that way.

Really, kissing and drinking from the same glass are *very* safe, but if you're super-worried, don't drink from the same glass, and kiss one another using a dental dam/Saran wrap as a barrier.

Hope that helps. Kudos to you for educating yourself on, and practicing, safe sex.
hepatitis b can be transmitted thru sexual contact and sex is the most common way to spread it... hep c is mainly thru needle sharing or other blood contact..
