High blood pressure and pregnant?!?

I am not yet preggy, but advice!
I cannot take over the counter meds.
cold meds or anything like that at all! raises my temps and heat also does,and so does dehydration,
well TTC should I be even more carefull when preggy.?
(I know to avoid all the above)
but am I at A bad serious risk for preeclampsia?

YES...you are in a risk category. I would talk to your OBGYN about your current condition BEFORE you get pregnant. There are safe ways to control your blood pressure while pregnant but yours will have to be watched VERY closely.

When you're preggy, be mindful of what you eat. You're doctor can tell you which foods are good. And take regular walks.

Being preggy is very delicate. It's two lives - you and ur child.
