Do i have high blood pressure please help URGENT!!!? |
okay- im 13 years old in a month, i am 5 foot 3 and a half , i weigh 8 stone (112 pounds) and my pulse rate is 94 beats per minute!!!! how can i lower it? im quite active i do about 30- 2 hr exercise a day but why is it so high? please help! The only way to check your blood pressure is to have it measured. At your age, it is extremely unlikely that your blood pressure is high. A fast pulse doesn't necessarily have any connection to blood pressure. A pulse of 94 is a little bit higher than average but nothing to worry about. Just worrying about it can raise it. a high pulse rate is not an indication of a high blood pressure... however the fact that you do so muh exercise your pulse should be lower if your concerned go to the doc but i wouldnt be too worried... |
